Returns
At Olita Gifts & Goods our main goal is to assist our valued customers and help them find item that are just right for them. We understand there are times when an item may not work out. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it right! You can either exchange the item or return it if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
All exchanges and returns must be received within 14 days from the date it was shipped to you from the store or from the date of in-store purchase. Any clothing items must remain un-washed and unworn with tags attached.
Please look over your order as soon as it arrives. If you received a defective or an incorrect item, or if an item you ordered is missing, please contact our team via email within 3 business days of receiving your order.
Returns will be processed as store credit. We will no longer refund to the type of payment used: cash or credit card. Purchases made in-store or online will be processed as store credit via a gift card.
We are confident you will be able to find a different item you will like using your credit. The credit received via a gift card can be used either in-store or online.
The following items are not eligible for return and are FINAL SALE:
· Personalized items
· Clearance, discounted, or sale items
· Self-Care & Cosmetic Products
· Gift certificates
· Jewelry
· Furniture
· Items received or brought to the store past the 14-day date of ship or original purchase
· Shipping is non-refundable unless there was an error made on our end
Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
